Favorable building parameters provide a wide range of options for choosing a house design:
- the size of the building area in relation to the plot area or land: 0.10 - 0.20;
- width of the front elevation - 16.0 m +- 20% understood as the entire visible width of the elevation from the front side of the land, i.e. that part of the boundary of the building plot that borders the public or internal road, from which the main entrance to the plot takes place;
- height of the upper edge of the front elevation, its cornice or attic, eaves: 2.5m - 4.5m, measured from the average level of the land in front of the front elevation;
- roof geometry:
• slope angle of the roof planes 38° — 45°, height of the main ridge 6.0m - 8.0m,
• arrangement of roof planes symmetrical gable roof, with the possibility of embellishment, e.g. dormers, whose ridge level should be designed below the level of the main ridge.
