The settlement of building plots is located just 20 km from Lodz, in the charmingly situated Malanow (gm. Lutomiersk, pow. pabianicki, woj. lodzkie). The plots are covered by a local spatial development plan (areas for individual recreational development allowing for the legal construction of a house also with year-round parameters, assigning an address and registration), according to which a 2-storey building can be placed on the site, up to 7 m high, with a sloping roof with an angle of inclination from 30 to 45 degrees. Favorable provisions in the MPZP (13ML) allow for the construction of not only a building that, according to the preferences and needs of the buyer, can take a flexible area size, even up to 30% of the plot area (even 400m2!), but also does not fall under the restrictive technical conditions required for residential houses. This means that you can build the simplest holiday house, which can, but does not have to, meet the standard of a year-round house. The adopted MPZP in the area of the plots constitutes a guarantee of the immutability of the plots' purpose and provides comfort without going through the time-consuming process of obtaining building conditions, which could be invalidated over time. The MPZP gives a sense of conscious investment in real estate with desired features. The offered plots have a functional, regular shape, similar to a rectangle, with an area of 1140-1176 m2. Direct access to the municipal road is ensured.

Malanow is a village whose advantages are noticed by an increasing number of Lodz residents.
