TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OFFICE announces a public tender for the sale of real estate. The property for sale is a land property of the Technical Supervision Office located in Warsaw, at ul. Modularna, precinct 2-07-05, land plot no. 6 and 8. The property consists of the following plots: 1) undeveloped land plot, with an area of 3009 m², located in Warsaw, precinct 2-07-05, plot no. 6, District Court for Warsaw-Mokotow in Warsaw, XIII Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no. WA1M/00096305/1, 2) undeveloped land plot, with an area of 3345 m², located in Warsaw, precinct 2-07-05, plot no. 8, District Court for Warsaw-Mokotow in Warsaw, XIII Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no. WA1M/00161488/4. Partial offers are not allowed. On January 5, 2024, according to decision no. 02/ZRID/2023 dated December 8, 2023, issued under the Act on special principles of preparation and implementation of investments in public roads, the Technical Supervision Office issued part of the property at ul. Modularna to the Capital City of Warsaw. The issued part of the property consisted of two plots in the precinct 2-07-05: no. 7 with an area of 0.0108 ha and no. 9 with an area of 0.0134 ha. Starting price: 8,577,900.00 PLN (in words: eight million five hundred seventy-seven thousand nine hundred zlotys). The deadline for submitting offers expires on November 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM. The opening of offers will take place on November 5, 2025, at 1:15 PM, at the headquarters of the Technical Supervision Office, 02-353 Warsaw, ul. Szczesliwicka 34. A condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a deposit of 450,000.00 PLN (in words: four hundred fifty thousand zlotys) to the account of the Technical Supervision Office in BGK no. 73 11301017 0020 1214 7720 0038. The deposit must be paid in cash, by the deadline of November 3, 2025. The date of receipt on the indicated account determines compliance with the set deadline. A copy of the proof of deposit payment must be attached to the offer. Payment of the deposit means acceptance of the tender conditions. Offers should be submitted at the Office of the Technical Supervision Office (UDT), 02-353 Warsaw, ul. Szczesliwicka 34, in a sealed envelope marked: "Department of Administration and Infrastructure - sale of real estate - Tender Warsaw Modularna - DO NOT OPEN!" Bidders prepare offers at their own cost and risk. The conclusion of the sale agreement will occur after obtaining the consent of the President of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 § 1 point 2 of the Act on the principles of managing state property (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 125, consolidated text).
