The subject of the auction will be a plot of land not built on, constituting plot No. 241/5 with an area of 0.2748 ha, located in the town of Gloska, Miekinia commune, Sredzki district.

In the two weeks before the auction, the property can be viewed on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and the protocol of property valuation, expert valuation report, and extract from the land register along with a map from the enforcement proceedings can be reviewed at the bailiff's office.

A bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, which is 22,000.00 PLN. The deposit should be made in cash or in a savings book of banks authorized under banking law equipped with the owner's authorization to withdraw the entire deposit according to the court's valid decision on the loss of the deposit.
