• 
  
• division into newly created building plots with an area of no less than 2,000 m2 within the MR area is allowed;
  
• the minimum width of the newly created plot is set at 25 meters;
  
• building with residential and utility buildings is allowed up to 20% of the plot area;
  
• the following requirements for agricultural residential buildings are established:
  
  a) height up to 2 floors, of which the second is a usable attic,
  
  b) the ground floor must be positioned up to 1.0 meter above the highest point of the terrain within the building outline,
  
  c) ridge height up to 9 meters,
  
  d) roof with symmetrical slopes, inclined at an angle of 30-45 degrees, allowing for gables, dormers, etc.,
  
  e) roof covering materials must have certification,
  
• the implementation of holiday buildings is allowed on MR areas, within the outline of the functional unit defined by the plan drawing, low residential development (according to the conditions for MN areas) and commercial services (according to the conditions for UC areas), provided that the compact area of holiday, single-family or service development does not exceed 5,000 m2 on class I-III soils and 1 ha for class IV soils,
  
• the obligation to transform the character of the building structure and plant greenery, enhancing aesthetic values, during modernization and change of function of the buildings;
  
• the planting of isolation greenery from national and provincial roads is mandatory.
