i) on the facades, there is a requirement to use pastel colors,
j) the number of parking spaces in outdoor and built-in parking lots may not be less than 1 space per apartment and 1 space per 40 m2 of service usable area, including spaces designated for vehicles equipped with a parking card in the amount resulting from separate regulations;

d) the height of structures may not exceed 50 m,

f) on the facades, there is a requirement to use pastel colors,
