(WCHiRZ) ANNOUNCES the intention to sell the ownership rights to a land property with buildings located in the village of Golaszyn no. 46, gm. Nowe Miasteczko, nowosolski county, on land plots 77, 93/2, 94 with a total area of 1.57 ha covered by land and mortgage registers no. ZG1N/00001822/0 and ZG1N/00038781/8. Plot no. 77 consists of land built with a complex of animal breeding buildings and technical infrastructure, i.e.: office building with residential-laboratory part, 2 livestock buildings, garage building, isolation building. The total usable area of the buildings (excluding the isolation building): 1214 m2. Area of attics: 802m2. The total building area according to the extract from the building register: 1471m2. The property is located in an area where there is no local spatial development plan. In the study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the commune, the property is marked as: an area with a dominant function of farm buildings in agricultural farms (plot no. 77) and as areas with a dominant function of agricultural land (plots no. 93/2 and no. 94). In connection with the above, WCHiRZ invites offers for the purchase of the property. Offers in sealed envelopes with the note: "offer for the purchase of the property" should be submitted at the WCHiRZ headquarters in Tulce, at ul. Poznanska 13, by 31.10.2024. Opening of offers will take place on 04.11.2024 at 12:00 at the Company's headquarters. The offer must be prepared in Polish and in written form under penalty of nullity and must be signed by the Offeror. The binding period for the submitted offer is 60 calendar days, counting from the date of opening the offers. The buyer of the property bears all notarial costs, taxes, and fees related to the conclusion of the contract in the form of a notarial deed. The seller reserves the right to conduct further negotiations with selected Offerors. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the intention to sell at any stage of the proceedings without giving reasons.
