b) roof: gable or multi-gable, the angle of inclination of the main roof slopes: from 18° to 45°, covering: tiles, sheet metal, or metal roofing;
8) intensity of development, understood as the total building area ratio to the area of the building plot:
a) maximum: 0.9,
b) minimum: 0.01;
9) building area: maximum 30%;
