About the investment

The investment includes a complex of 10 residential buildings with service premises.

The first stage of the investment includes a group of three buildings N4 N5 N6. The completion of construction work is planned for the second to third quarter of 2025.

Approximately 650 apartments with areas ranging from 25 to 120m2 have been designed in the ten buildings. Future residents will have the opportunity to choose from small apartments, so-called studios, as well as 2-, 3-, or 4-room apartments. The layout of each apartment has been prepared and refined for functionality and optimal use of available space.

The buildings will be equipped with convenient elevators, allowing quick access to both above-ground floors and level -1, where underground parking spaces and storage rooms will be located. Considering the comfort of residents, the buildings will have locked rooms where strollers or bicycles can be safely left.

All floors of the buildings, as well as external parking spaces, waste bins, and playgrounds will be fully accessible for people with disabilities. The estate will also have parking spaces that can be used by people with disabilities. A safe playground for the youngest will be created in the center of the estate, and the unique atmosphere will be emphasized by beautifully arranged greenery.
