The subject of the investment is a multi-family residential building with five above-ground floors and one staircase, without a basement. A total of 24 residential units and 1 commercial unit located on the ground floor are planned in the building. Standard of internal work execution in residential units:

  • floors – concrete smoothed, prepared for laying coverings;
  • plasters – gypsum machine plasters prepared for painting;
  • central heating installation – water underfloor heating is planned in all residential rooms and additionally an electric heater in bathrooms;
  • water supply and sewage installation - prepared for the installation of taps and sanitary devices;
  • electrical installation – prepared for the installation of electric cookers and lighting fixtures. The installation in all apartments with equipment: sockets and switches (without a power socket for the induction hob);
  • telecommunication installation – a multimedia socket is planned in the living room;
  • Each apartment will be connected to the intercom installation (intercoms opened additionally with proximity key fobs).
  • The costs do not include the equipment with electric cookers, lighting fixtures, light sources, sinks, washbasins, bathtubs, and toilets.

The building will consist of apartments from 1 to 3 rooms. Apartments with an area from 30 m² (studios) to 67 m² (three-room) are planned.

The building will be independent of the municipal heat supplier thanks to the use of a ground heat pump for the needs of hot water and central heating. The operation of the heat pump will be supported by a photovoltaic installation located on the roof of the building.

The Housing Cooperative in Nowy Tomysl currently has permission to build the first of three buildings.
