EXTERIOR FINISHING

• Roof: Creaton Kapstadt concrete tiles – anthracite color.
• Roof windows: Fakro FTP-V U4.
• Gutters and pipes: PVC – anthracite color.
• PVC Windows: MS Line+ – profile 82 mm, triple-glazed, anthracite color.
• Sliding balcony doors: MS – HST system, anthracite veneer.
• Entrance door: steel, insulated with PUR foam, with aluminum frame.
• Wall insulation: 15 cm graphite polystyrene, Ceresit silicone plaster.
• External windowsills: galvanized steel – anthracite color.
• Railings: steel, powder-coated, filled with glued glass.

INTERIOR FINISHING

• Partition walls: made from Termoton ceramic blocks.
• Plaster: gypsum or cement-lime; bathrooms "raw".
• Flooring: cement; insulated with polystyrene (15 cm ground floor, 6 cm upstairs).
• Roof insulation: 20 cm PUR foam + drywall installation.

INSTALLATIONS

• Heating: underfloor heating (PEX) + preparation for heat pump.
• Water supply: municipal connection, individual water meter, PEX pipes.
• Sewage: municipal connection, installation in floor layers.
