Our project features two intimate, three-story buildings offering a total of 143 carefully designed apartments. Modern architecture, large glazing, and elegant white facades harmonize with the surroundings, creating a space full of light and airiness.

Symmetrical recesses, glass balustrades, and metallic accents around the windows give the whole a unique character. Residents can use modern elevators, underground garages with garage boxes or parking spaces, outdoor parking spaces, and private cellars.

Modern staircases – raw elegance and refined style

The project of staircases combines concrete finishes, black tiles, and glass and mirror accents, creating a space of modern, minimalist character. The natural texture of concrete emphasizes the idea of sustainable design, and the contrast of matte and glossy surfaces adds depth and elegance.

It is the harmony of form, function, and ecology – carefully designed common space that impresses in every detail.

The buildings have been designed in a contemporary modernism style that allows for simple and functional forms while maintaining a unique appearance. The façade of the buildings features symmetrical recesses, giving them harmony with their modern appearance.

Large window formats connected with symmetrical cutouts in the façade surface harmonize with the layout of the apartments in the building, while the large glazings allow for the blurring of the boundary between the interior and the surroundings, perfectly lighting the living area. Balconies in rectangular format and glass balustrades introduce lightness and transparency to the body of the building.

The main color of the façade is white, which gives the building elegance and lightness, while the overall visual composition of the project is completed with surprisingly metallic color accents around the windows. Ease of movement between floors is ensured with modern elevators. For the comfort of residents, underground parking with parking spaces and individual garage boxes has been provided. Parking spaces are also available in the lot next to the buildings. Each apartment is allocated a cellar that helps relieve the living space of items that are not used on a daily basis.
