I have an apartment for sale located in Gdansk Morena - a desired location for living, specifically in the "Studio Morena" investment located at Franciszka Rakoczego Street 23.

The apartment is ready to move in, refreshed this year, requires no financial investment! You enjoy your space from the moment you enter, without unnecessary renovations and mini heart attacks after quotes from contractors and materials!

Apartment:

Designed by an architect to be beautiful, modern but also primarily practical, comfortable to live in, and cozy.

Quality materials were used for the finishing; all furnishings were custom-made by a carpenter, i.e., hallway, kitchen, bathroom. Blum drawer systems.

The community operates actively; a walkway was created from the other side of the block leading to Lidl and Skwer Morena, allowing access to the building from both sides. Further investments are planned, such as charging stations for electric cars in the underground garage in the common areas.

Location:

The building is located in an excellent location, allowing one to be independent and get everything done in a proverbial "moment". For daily use, a car becomes unnecessary, but there is also room for it in the underground garage.
