Syndic sells apartment in Rumia at a price reduced by 15%

The syndic of bankruptcy, a natural person not conducting business activity, based on article 311 section 1 of the act of February 28, 2003 Bankruptcy Law and by virtue of the Order of the commissioner judge in the District Court Gdansk-Północ in Gdansk, VI Economic Division, (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) announces a written unlimited competition for the sale of the assets of the bankruptcy estate through free hand including:
1. ownership of the residential premises located at ul. Kosynierow 80E/4 in Rumia, with a total area of 74.92 m2, for which the District Court in Wejherow keeps the land and mortgage register no. GD1W/00144852/5 along with a share of 769******90 parts in the common property, which constitutes ownership of the plot of land, the area of Rumia and the ownership of parts of the building and facilities that are not solely for the use of the owners of the premises. The residential premises are associated with a room with a usable area of 2.07 m2;
2. a share of 2/18 in the ownership of a local property consisting of two parking spaces no. 5 and 18 in the garage hall at ul. Kosynierow 80E in Rumia, for which the District Court in Wejherow keeps the land and mortgage register no. GD1W/00141498/4 along with a share amounting to 48029/171290 in the common property, which constitutes land and parts of the building and equipment that do not serve solely to the owners of the premises.

The starting price for the subject of the bidding process is not less than 689,690.00 PLN.

The condition for participation in the auction is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 10% of the starting price to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate no. 11 1140 2004 0000 3402 8474 7446. The addressee of the transfer is the syndic, and in the title of the transfer should be indicated: “deposit in bankruptcy proceedings GD1G/GUp/23/2024 and GD1G/GUp/36/2024”. The deposit must be paid by the day of submitting the offer. The payment date is considered the date on which the deposit is credited to the above-mentioned bank account.

Offer submission deadline: until July 28, 2025

The organizer of the competition is the syndic of the bankruptcy estate Szymon Ziolkowski, restructuring advisor license number 1577, address of the syndic's office ul. Starowiejska 58/1a, 81-356 Gdynia.

The offer must comply with the regulations of the bidding process.
Offers must be submitted in writing in closed envelopes, in a way that makes it impossible to familiarize oneself with their content. Offers should be marked with the above-mentioned case numbers.
The envelope should be addressed to the address of the syndic's office: ul. Starowiejska 58/1a, 81-356 Gdynia.
In case of submission of the offer via postal operator or courier, the date of submission of the offer depends on the day it is received at the above address of the syndic's office. Offers submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
The buyer will cover all costs, taxes, and fees related to the acquisition of the subject of the bidding process, while the payment of the full price will take place before signing the sales agreement to the account of the bankruptcy estate.

The opening and consideration of offers will take place on the business day following the expiration of the offer submission deadline.
