The investment proposed by Ezbud is a modern housing estate near the city center at Wólczanska 248. It consists of four multi-family buildings: two six-story buildings, one four-story, and one five-story.
In phase I – already commissioned – buildings D – four-story and C – six-story were created. Apartments with an area of 49 to 73 m² were designed in them.
