• The tenant signs an act at a notary, in which they voluntarily commit to leave the rented apartment after the contract ends or in the aforementioned cases
• A statement from the owner of some premises (the premises indicated by the tenant), expressing consent for the tenant and persons living with them to reside in the premises specified in the statement – the statement is signed by the owner of the indicated premises at the notary.
• A visit at the notary lasts about 15 minutes. You just need to be able to present the above-mentioned statement.
