The property for sale is located at ul. Prokopa 5/9 in Bytom for which the District Court in Bytom, Department IV Land and Mortgage Registers, conducts land and mortgage register No. KA1Y/00041243/7.

The sale of the indicated property is conducted in the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings under case No. KA1K/GUp-s/641/2024, which was initiated under the order of the District Court in Katowice East, Economic Department X on June 13, 2024, issued in the matter of case No. KA1K/GU/573/2024.

The sale is made through a written bidding competition. The starting price of the item for sale in the first bidding competition was 204,200.00 PLN (in words: two hundred four thousand and two hundred zlotys, 00/100). In the current, third competition, the starting price is 147,534.50 PLN (in words: one hundred forty-seven thousand five hundred thirty-four zlotys, 50/100). The starting price is understood as the above price excluding VAT.

The sale of ownership rights in the third bidding competition can occur for a price not lower than the indicated starting price.

METHOD OF SUBMITTING OFFERS

• written offers in Polish or translated into Polish by a sworn translator in sealed envelopes preventing their opening with clear and legible marking of the offeror, along with the note "Proceeding regarding the sale of ownership rights to the debtor's residential unit Joanna Lewinska – KA1K/GUp-s/641/2024 – DO NOT OPEN", by June 26, 2025 (the submission date is determined based on the delivery date of the shipment to the office at: Office of the Liquidator Radoslaw Paulewicz, ul. T. Kosciuszko 38/20, 40-048 Katowice).
• the condition for participation in the organized sale by means of a written bidding competition is the payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price;
• the deposit mentioned above must be paid to the liquidator's bank account maintained by Bank PKO B.P. with the number 58 1020 2313 0000 3002 0649 4258 (the transfer title must include the payer's details with the note: deposit for the sale offer of property in Bytom, ul. Prokopa 5/9) by June 26, 2025, under penalty of rejection of the offer (the date of deposit receipt to the indicated bankruptcy estate account is decisive);
• the deposit paid by the offeror whose offer has been accepted is credited towards the purchase price, while the deposits of other offerors whose offers were not accepted will be returned without interest within 7 days from the date of offer selection;
• the liquidator retains the deposit paid by the offeror whose offer has been accepted if they fail to pay the entire price or evade concluding a property transfer agreement.

2. The offers will be considered on June 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Liquidator's Office in Katowice at ul. T. Kosciuszko 38/20 in the presence of all interested parties.
