In total, up to 14 people can comfortably live in the whole unit.

The bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower) are shared, along with the kitchen with dining area, washing machine, and refrigerator.

During previous rentals, employees used the largest room as a shared living room, opting for a bunk bed configuration in smaller rooms.

Here, employees can have their own room, not just a bed in a shared bedroom!

Great location - in the very center of Jawor, close to shops, service points, medical facilities, and offices, as well as logistical hubs (PKS, PKP). Private courtyard with parking spaces.

There is a possibility to adjust the conditions and amenities in the apartment to your expectations. This includes furnishings, room purposes, layout, and number of beds.

(!) The accommodation price should separately include charges for: water, gas (heating), and electricity.

• functional, fully equipped kitchen with dining area (we provide kitchen utensils, plates, and cutlery);

In front of the building (from spring to autumn) there is a place for recreation: grill, garden furniture.
