The estate is characterized by modernist architecture reminiscent of minimalist Scandinavian buildings. The facade of the buildings is maintained in shades of gray and white, with elements of glass and cladding imitating wood. The alternation of colors and textures is one of the visual attributes of Skwer Harmonia. In single-family houses, pitched roofs were designed to allow for the arrangement of usable attics, while the roofs of the multi-family building have been planned for the installation of photovoltaic panels. In order to care for aesthetics and quality of life, green common spaces equipped with elements of small architecture have been designed.

The Skwer Harmonia estate is bordered to the north by intimate single-family development. To the south, numerous companies of various profiles have their seats. Nearby are two primary schools, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, and gas stations.
