Each apartment will be handed over for use in developer condition, which means ready for finishing, i.e. painting walls, finishing floors with gres or panels, and installing interior doors.

The residential unit will be equipped with internal installations, namely:
1) Electrical (outlets, light points, switches, LAN network, RTV network);
2) sewage and water (municipal);
3) central heating (air-to-air heat pump with 3 air outlets);
4) air conditioning (3 air outlets);
5) a heat pump for the central hot water installation with an integrated water tank;
6) particularly sensitive areas to cold, such as the hallway and bathroom, will be additionally equipped with electric heating mats.
Ground floor apartments will have access to a garden with a separate exit from the building, facilitating access to the garden without passing through the apartment.
Floor apartments will have access to a balcony with a railing and a small garden (6 m2 or 10 m2) for use depending on needs (e.g.: tool shed, sandbox, etc.).
The property area will be leveled and surrounded by a fence separating the gardens belonging to the apartments located on the ground floor from the common parts. The issue of fencing the gardens belonging to apartments located on the upper floor is left at the discretion of the buyer. Waste storage will be ensured by a fenced enclosure that also represents interesting architecture distinguishing and marking the investment site.
Sidewalks will be made of paving stones, and parking spaces will be made with a Polbruk-EKOL substructure to reduce the amount of concrete surface and improve soil permeability.
In designing the MAW 50 Apartments investment, we focused mainly on the greatest universality of the apartment and good location. Three main assumptions we followed during design were:
First; 2 bedrooms allowing the use of one room for office needs or a guest room.
Second; allowing for low apartment maintenance costs. For this purpose, the designed heating uses heat pump technology significantly reducing electricity consumption. Additionally, each apartment is prepared for photovoltaic installation, which will further reduce heating costs with a small financial outlay due to available green energy subsidies on the market. Areas particularly sensitive to temperature drops such as the bathroom and vestibule have been equipped with electric heating mats.
And third; a convenient location outside the busy part of the city, while remaining not far from it. A place allowing walking to shops, schools, or restaurants, but also taking a walk among greenery. The location of the Investment is also well connected with the city center or the nearby large residential estate.
