The buildings we design are not only functional but also represent an aesthetic vision of contemporary architecture. The rectangular shape, although seemingly conventional, has been interpreted and developed in a way that highlights the uniqueness and harmony of the structure. The buildings have three and four above-ground floors, allowing for a variety of functions at different levels. Additionally, one underground level has been designed with aesthetic care, remaining an integrated part of the whole.

The gabled roofs give the buildings a classic yet elegant look. Dormers, serving as subtle decorations, add not only character but also introduce more light into the interiors. Green terraces on the top level are not only an ecological element but also an aesthetic one, creating a pleasant environment and emphasizing the sustainable nature of the project.

Furthermore, the building has been equipped with a modern heat pump, which will be used both for heating in winter and for cooling in summer. This solution allows for efficient energy management and provides thermal comfort throughout the year, while also fitting into the concept of sustainable development and reducing carbon emissions.

The shapes of the buildings have been divided into segments, giving the structure an interesting rhythm and dynamics. The displacement of shapes makes the facades gain three-dimensional depth, which attracts attention and gives the buildings a modern character.

The aesthetics of the buildings lie in the details. Wooden and steel panels, used as decorative elements, give the facades subtlety and modernity. These details are an integral part of the project, combining functionality with aesthetics. Glass railings are not only a safety element but also a design element. Transparent railings add lightness and elegance to the facade, while allowing full enjoyment of the surroundings.

The color of the facades has been carefully selected to harmonize with the surroundings and emphasize the uniqueness of the project. The colors used give the buildings a refined appearance, highlighting their aesthetic character.

The entire project is the result of careful balancing between form and function. Each architectural element, from the structure of the building to the facade details, has been precisely designed, creating a harmonious whole. The choice of materials such as wood and steel fulfills not only structural functions but also adds elegance and durability to the buildings. These materials have been carefully selected for aesthetics and quality of workmanship. The aesthetics of the buildings do not contradict their sustainable nature. On the contrary, ecological elements, such as green terraces and effective thermal insulation, have been harmoniously incorporated into the aesthetics of the project, creating a coherent whole.

The last but no less important element is attention to proportions and ratios. The use of softened proportions and precise scaling makes the shapes of the buildings proportionate and aesthetic, which is a key element of their visual attractiveness.

As with most of our investments, the team of buildings has been planned not only with attention to aesthetic qualities but above all with a special emphasis on energy qualities, which are so important in today's approach to designing using ecological energy sources.

Heat pumps will be installed for effective heating of rooms and heating water. With this solution, we will reduce the consumption of traditional energy sources, contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions.

This innovative solution allows the building to independently produce part of the electrical energy, which in turn reduces its dependence on conventional energy sources.
