The MPK line 268 stop is about 4 minutes walk from the house.
Within close proximity, there is a playground with a zip line, a sports field, and a pond. Also nearby are local shops in Karniowice and Bolechowice, a post office, health center, kindergarten, school, church, library, and dental offices. Two large stores are located in Bolechowice closer to Zabierzow.
In free time, the area allows for walks: it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Bolechowicka Valley, Nordic walking, mountain biking, or simply enjoying sweet idleness in peace and quiet.
