- In the kitchen and hall, a suspended ceiling with LEDs was installed, which can be white or yellow;

- the kitchen is made to order which includes an oven, a dishwasher, and my favorite coffee maker (Bosch high-pressure espresso machine included – 7500 PLN);

- an additional cable is led to the electrical installation for connecting the induction hob;

- a new bathroom (cast iron bathtub from KLUDI, remaining equipment from Hansgrohe. The bathroom has a suspended ceiling and waterproof LEDs, a washing machine, and furniture tailored to the tiles, wall-mounted toilet - Geberit, as well as soundproofed pipe with special material. A porthole was installed in the bathroom;

- A new powerful backlit wardrobe consisting of three large wings (one serves as a large mirror);

- New windows with so-called rubberized branded blinds (you can watch Netflix during the day because it can be as dark as in a cinema);

- Additionally, if it gets too hot, you can move to the room located in the northwest direction, while the remaining windows are to the west;

- along with the new windows, new stone window sills were installed;

- the building has all new installations and radiators;

I invite you to purchase - the apartment was made and furnished with great care without financial limitations for the family, not low-budget for trading. Highly recommended.

The price is really attractive. Argument? In a similar block and location, the owner wants to sell a ground-floor apartment for renovation at a similar price.

Important: Looking out of the windows into the distance, we see the Polish flag and the Forest skyscraper, and from the other window, the Klif office building.

We can get to the Central Railway Station by any tram in literally 10 minutes. In the area, there are also two parks in immediate vicinity, which have playgrounds for children. There are also many places for walks with your beloved dog. Personally, my neighbors and I love to walk to the Krasiński Garden, and when I come back, I gladly stop by the iconic Jasiu and Małgosia Restaurant for a glass of wine. Highly recommended.
