Good morning,
I have to offer a beautiful house… Standard. Basically, why write anything, since it will be beautiful and the best… Well, exactly, but I will surprise you - not this time and not with us.


A house like a house. Basement under part, ground floor and first floor. Plus a garden. The question arises: Is it really like that? Hmmm, not quite.


Let's start with the location, which is as important as, if not the most important, for most buyers. A nice and friendly city, everyone praises their own, but Srem has something in it. Besides the supermarkets, of course. There is a park in the very center of the city. And next to this park, on a gentle rise above it, is the plot on which the described house stands. The plot is triangular, surrounded by two roads. One is paved with cobblestones, from which there is an entrance to the property, the other is unpaved. What connects them? They are very short, primarily dead-end - leading only literally to a few houses, which means they are little frequented. The plot is also slightly above the unpaved street, so you will not experience curious looks. Even if something tall drives by, the bushes planted along the fence will protect your privacy. And how big is the park? Not quite 23 hectares. You don't know how much that is? Shaped like a rectangle with sides of 450 and 450 meters and 550 and 300 meters. Nice, quiet with paths for walks and a small lake, which is visible from the rooms upstairs and from the terrace. Paths perfect for morning jogging, I know them all, i.e. my feet especially. Oh, and in the park, we have deer that sometimes come almost to the fence. Birds in the morning, dew, and sometimes morning fog over the park. Such climates right at your doorstep in the very center of the city.
You will reach your future property from the main road, which is also part of the Srem bypass. From the intersection to the garage gate is less than 300 meters. At this intersection, literally a stone's throw or a beret (whichever you prefer) is Biedronka. A little further are the very good and well-known PSSs in Srem. To the primary school, walking through the park is about 650 meters. Through the same park in the other direction is the Srem city market and shopping passages. A little further is the center of the Jeziorany estate. Behind you is the city hospital, and behind the hospital is Inter Marche and the Polonia shopping center. In a word - really close to everything and within a kilometer is everything necessary for life, and most importantly - peace and quiet. This is the only place in Srem with such an allocation. You can reach everywhere on foot. Healthy and economical.


Okay… we have reached the house. Unassuming from the outside, but inside 303 meters. Exactly according to the project 296.6 m2, but usable will be a few meters less due to the slopes on the first floor. Not much less, but honesty requires mentioning this fact. It should also be mentioned that behind the bathroom we have 5.65 m2 of emptiness, so after dismantling the thin drywall partition, we will gain an additional 6.41 m2 of bathroom. Hence the starting 303 meters.


Let's start with the basement. Two rooms - 26.2 and 26.7 m2 and a staircase. Boiler room and the second room. Maybe a gym or sauna? Perfectly suited for that purpose, although personally I would do it upstairs. A sauna next to the bathroom and a gym in one of the rooms.

Technically that’s it, and descriptively…
A spacious hall, perfectly designed for communication, as a hall, although there are less friendly ones ;). Kitchen connected to the dining room with a view of the living room. I believe this is the quintessence of this house. French style, inspired by Mediterranean climates. I have been in many kitchens, in different countries and on different continents, because this is usually the center of home life, but I have never encountered such a warm and cozy one (of course, apart from my own :) ). Surely it is thanks to the lady of the house - I hope the gentleman of the house forgives me - and the bright kitchen from the southwest side and the rays of sunshine coming inside. Believe me - even on a cloudy, gray, and gloomy day, it is bright and warm in this kitchen. Cabinets, countertops, and accessories in a French style, old-school. Pleasant and atmospheric. From the dining room, the view of the terrace and the park adds charm to this place.
Living room - of course with a fireplace, wooden floor, lacquered to a high gloss. Plus stylish furniture and a continuation of the style from the 50s, 60s. 44 meters - there is plenty to arrange, and if we use the huge hall, we have a reception room with space for dancing ;). Living room with a view of the park, of course. Garage - a classic for two cars, even a long limousine will fit, i.e. it will enter ;) - in the light of the gate 5 meters, long 5.75 meters and wide 5.74 at the gate and 5.45 meters at the end.

Rooms and bathroom with columns from the roof structure. In my opinion, this adds charm, attic climate. A cleverly arranged room can mask this, or maybe (and in my opinion, it should) use it as an asset. Maybe a flower stand? Or maybe a coat rack for a child's toys? Many possibilities, it all depends on the new owner. From the bathroom and room, we have access to the balcony. The other two rooms have French balconies. Since the ground floor is in such a style, there must be some French element upstairs too ;). A walk-in closet in such a house is indicated, but the location between two rooms can serve to change functionality and enlarge one of the rooms.


We also have an attic with a technical entrance. It can be used to enlarge/open some room or bathroom. A matter of idea, willingness, and money ;).


I almost forgot about the garden. The pride of the owners. Very rare species of roses, whose names I could not remember, rare shrubs and bushes. In summer, the garden looks like the Poznan Palm House, and you can see this in the photos taken by the owners during the summer.


In general, you have to come, enter, and feel this Mediterranean climate that has settled in this place. I am convinced with a high probability bordering on certainty that you will be enchanted by this house. Of course, the house is largely made by the people living in it, but this house certainly contradicts that saying.
