Additionally, there is an air conditioner in the living room with heating and cooling functions, which can quickly heat the living area if we forget to turn on the heating earlier. For 2 seasons, we did not use the air conditioner for cooling because the temperature in the house never exceeded 25C. Ventilation in all rooms is mechanical - there is a Thessla Green recuperator in the attic with moisture recovery and control in the living room. Additionally, there is a tiled stove in the living room, which can be used to heat in a very pleasant and ecological way, for example, on cold autumn evenings. Water is heated in a 150l A+ class tank with its own heat pump - you can turn it on and control the temperature remotely. Sewage is discharged into the municipal sewage system. Cameras with detection of people/vehicles/animals/movement are installed on 3 sides of the house. There is a possibility to leave the visible equipment in the property, making this house ready to move in.
