The subject of the offer is a plot located on the border of Bojan and Dobrzewino, in the third line of development to the road 218 and about 300m from the S6 road. Biologically active area* - for single-family development min. 40% of the plot area. h) The location of technical infrastructure facilities and networks is allowed. i) All construction objects must be set back from power lines under the conditions specified by the network manager.
