13) a maximum of 3 above-ground floors are allowed. The construction of underground floors is allowed;
14) the main roofs must be:
a) flat, of any shape and covering of roof slopes or
b) sloped, two- or four-pitched, with the inclination of the main roof slopes from 30° to 45°. The construction of secondary roofs of any shape and inclination is allowed. Sloped roofs should be covered with tiles, metal tiles, glass, or metal. The colors of the roof coverings should be limited to natural colors of ceramic material (reds and browns) and to black and graphite. The installation of roof windows, the construction of projections and dormers is allowed. Projections should have flat or symmetrically sloped roofs with ridges perpendicular to the ridge of the main roof. Dormers should have flat, single- or double-pitched symmetrical roofs with ridges perpendicular to the ridge of the main roof;
15) the finishing of external facades with noble materials is mandatory: in plaster, brick, clinker, stone, wood, or facade panels, excluding siding. The color scheme of plastered facades should be pastel.
