b) the construction and modernization of existing garden infrastructure (including garden alleys, playgrounds), as mentioned in separate regulations, is permitted to ensure careful shaping and maintenance of garden greenery;
4) The existing development, realized in accordance with administrative and construction regulations, is permitted to be maintained;
5) The location of urban details, tourist-recreational devices, and sports-recreational devices is permitted;
6) Biologically active area: not less than 85% - does not apply to building plots located within the boundaries of internal divisions MN;
7) The location of parking spaces is permitted, in the form of: surface parking spaces, green parking lots, and forms occurring within the boundaries of internal divisions MN - in accordance with the provisions contained in § 6 of the plan;
8) The location of bicycle parking spaces is permitted - in accordance with the provisions contained in § 6 of the plan.
