- flat roof with a slope angle of 1º to 3º. The established parameters do not apply to: canopies, gables, bay windows, and entrance coverings;

  • Other arrangements:

- prohibition of using fences in the form of solid walls and fences made of concrete prefabricates from the side of the roads.

Arrangements regarding technical infrastructure and communication:

  • Water supply: according to the conditions of the water supply network manager;
  • Electricity supply: according to the conditions of the electricity network manager;
  • Heating supply: obligation to use fuels with the lowest emission indicators for heating and technological purposes, burned in devices with a high degree of efficiency, allowing the use of renewable energy sources;

  • Waste management: handling waste according to separate regulations;
