Existing objects that do not meet the criteria specified in paragraph 1 may be preserved in their current architectural and spatial form. In the case of reconstruction, expansion, or superstructure of these objects, actions causing: 1) an increase in the current height of buildings if this height exceeds the value specified in the plan, 2) an increase of more than 10% in the indicators referred to in paragraph 1 point 2 and 5 if these indicators are exceeded in the existing state, 3) reconstruction of symmetrical roofs in a way that disrupts this symmetry, 4. The following requirements for fences from the side of public space are established: 1) height in the range of 1.20 m – 1.50 m uniform along the entire length of the fence, 2) prohibition of typical concrete fences, 3) required area of openings – minimum 50%, 5. The location of advertising carriers is prohibited, except for: 1) objects constituting elements of the municipal visual information system, 2) one advertising carrier on the plot directly related to the activity conducted within it. In the case of the need to mark several entities on the advertising carrier, uniform artistic solutions are required, 6. In archaeological observation zones, the boundaries of which are defined by the plan drawing, procedures in accordance with separate regulations apply as for archaeological monuments. UZ7 It is established: 1) maximum building plot ratio 0.15, Official Journal of Lower Silesia Voivodeship – 15 – Item 3158 2) maximum building intensity ratio – 0.40, 3) maximum number of buildings for basic purpose within the area – 2, 4) maximum building height – 14.00 m ZN All ZN areas 1. Basic purpose – areas of unmanaged greenery and meadows and pastures in areas protected by law or of natural value, 2. Complementary purpose: 1) networks and technical infrastructure facilities, 2) economic roads, 3) inland surface waters – streams, ponds, and lakes 1. ZN areas are not subject to acoustic protection, 2. ZN areas are biologically active areas. 3. ZN areas are areas of natural value. It is required to maintain the existing method of use without introducing changes in development that could disrupt existing environmental values, especially water relations 4. It is proposed to conduct a detailed natural inventory of these areas and further adapt the use to its indications. 5. Valuable trees marked on the plan drawing are indicated for preservation.
