- in the implementation of porches, canopies, shelters, farm buildings, garages, technical infrastructure devices, small architecture objects, a flat roof with a slope angle of up to 14° is allowed.

The property has been equipped with a water supply and sewage network. In addition, its previous owners obtained conditions for connecting the plots to the electrical network, thus undertaking efforts to supply each plot with a connection of 12 kW.

The property is located in the northern part of the precinct, in a new estate of single-family houses, bordering to the north with agricultural areas, which according to the assumptions of the local spatial development plan, will not be built up.


Smardzow is a relatively small village located in the western part of the Olesnica Commune. Thanks to provincial road 368 (formerly national road No. 8) it is very well connected both with Wroclaw (travel time to the city center is about 30 min.) and Olesnica (6 min.). It is also worth mentioning the expressway S8 junction "Olesnica West" which is 5 minutes away by car.
