Ideal apartment for a second home "recreational", which works for itself - in 2024 the apartment generated PLN 64,477 in income from short-term rentals (in cooperation with a very good local operator), while also serving as a base for family trips to Polanica and the surrounding area. 2025 promises to be even better in terms of revenues based on the reservations made so far.

There are 6 main advantages of the apartment that result in high rental income:

1/ location - as can be seen in the pictures, the apartment is located between the stream and the Spa Park - the Pearl of Polanica. The building is 20 meters from the Spa Park, the Great Pieniawa water pump, the stream, and the promenade with restaurants, bicycle rentals, and all other attractions.

2/ modern building in the style of an apartment building from 2022

3/ finishing - mountain style wood and stone.

4/ sauna - located in the bathroom upstairs. A detail, but guests highly appreciate it.

5/ view from the windows - on the green crowns of trees and the roofs of historic Polanica, the Great Pieniawa, and in the distance Hell Mountain and Wolarz - beautiful!! Storms are spectacularly viewed from this apartment :) (sometimes when work is tough, just looking at the pictures of this apartment cheers me up - I especially recommend the winter ones).

6/ public terrace on the roof of the building - where you can see the entire picturesque surroundings (there are no high buildings nearby)

And now a private perspective :). For someone who loves endurance sports and works remotely, I propose such a day plan:

- 7.00 Run from the apartment to Kamienna Gora (my record is about 35 minutes, 5km one way and 350 meters elevation)

- 8.30 Affogato in a nearby café in Wielka Pieniawa (which is 50 meters away)

- 9.00 - 17.00 remote work

- 17.30 go for a walk to watch the sunset on the viewing platform at Castle Szczytna (about 1h one way at a normal pace)

We are delighted and plan to return for longer! Beautiful, two-level apartment, finished to a very high standard, underground parking. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Super location right next to the Spa Park, just outside the apartment are restaurants and the promenade. We had beautiful weather, we could use the terrace, walk in the nearby mountains, work remotely (good conditions and internet). Additional plus for the sound of the stream audible from the terrace, mega relaxing!"

Additional note: The flood in 2024 did not affect Polanica at all, even though it caused such great damage in the Klodzko Valley. It is clear that Polanica learned its lesson from 1997, and all hydro-technical investments upstream of the Bystrzyca Dusznicka River had a positive effect.

The apartment is truly unique and ready to write a new story with new owners. I would never sell it if I didn't have to, but life is life and sometimes forces us to make such decisions.
