The twin building solution allows for lower heating consumption by eliminating the side elevation. The terrace of approximately 25m2 will be paved with decorative sidewalk slabs. POLBRUK paving will connect the access road with the approach to the building and will constitute the driveway to the property. To ensure the safety of residents, anti-burglary steel doors in anthracite color will be installed, as well as conduits for alarm installation in the rooms. The garage will be equipped with an electric drive gate, matching the color of the windows and doors.
