Remaining provisions of the local plan: - single-family residential development; - allowing the placement of a detached garage or utility building on each plot (with a maximum area of 50m2); - building area 25% of the building plot area, with no more than 250m2; - building height up to 2 above-ground floors and no more than 7.5m; - roof slope angle up to 12 degrees; - area of the newly designated building plot: minimum 1,000 m2; - the location of underground floors is allowed. The offered plots are a very attractive proposal not only due to the development prospects of the surroundings. Nearby, there are many green areas used for recreational purposes, such as the meteorite reserve along with the nearby forest, and on the eastern side, the Warta river areas with numerous paths. Moreover, the proposed area is located within the city limits of Poznan.
