Reinforced concrete ceilings, flat roof - in the form of a reinforced concrete flat roof with high utility values, which among other things eliminates troublesome heat in summer (the top of the building does not heat up as it does with metal roofs). This type of roof construction also eliminates the risk of significant cracks inside, which often occurs with drywall construction. An additional advantage of the flat roof is the absence of noise during falling rain or strong winds and acoustic benefits regarding the neighbor from the next house. The internal stairs are reinforced concrete (not ordinary wooden or metal). The project was executed using high-quality finishing materials and interestingly applied glazing, which provides a very attractive appearance for both the buildings and the entire estate.

The units are sold in developer condition, ready for finishing. The entire installation, including the central heating underfloor heating and heat pump, is already included in the price. The units are designed for very efficient and economical operation, underfloor heating - both on the ground floor and the first floor. Additionally, each house will have an alarm system and TV/SAT and Internet installation.

Thanks to a thoughtful project that eliminates empty and unused spaces, using very good insulation materials, the units will be very economical in operation. These are fee-free units.

The city of Milanowek - the Garden City does not need an introduction. Noteworthy is the location of our houses, providing excellent communication opportunities. 100 meters from the estate, we have a stop for Grodzisk Transport Buses from which we can easily get to the center of Milanowek, school, PKP station, or WKD in a few moments.
