2) intensity indicators of development are established:
a) minimum intensity indicator of development: 0.01,
b) maximum intensity indicator of development: 1.00,
3) at least 20% of the building plot area must be developed as biologically active surfaces,
4) the building area in relation to the building plot area may not exceed 50%,
5) internal roads with a minimum width of 8 m are allowed,
6) for free-standing advertising devices, a maximum advertising area of 12 m2 and a maximum vertical dimension of 10 m measured from the ground level at the device to its highest point are established,
7) for advertising devices placed on buildings, a maximum advertising area of 10 m2 is established measured for one facade of the building,
8) the obligation to create parking spaces for cars is established in the number of:
a) at least 0.5 parking spaces for one workplace, per one shift,
b) at least 1 parking space for every 40m2 of usable service area.
4. For the area 2-PU, the placement of commercial facilities with a sales area exceeding 2000m2 is allowed.
