Apartment fully equipped (washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, all kitchen utensils). Room 19 m 2 has a huge closet and a folding bed. PVC windows, there is central heating and a bathtub., It is the 3rd floor without an elevator, socialist realist brick building so the apartment is 280 cm high. The building is located on Chelmska street, right at the intersection with Dolna, Belvederska and Sobieski. All services and public transportation are right under the block(to the metro Politechnika 3 stops), 10 minutes to the Royal Baths and other parks.
Street parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fees are 2800 PLN rent and administrative rent 644 PLN -1 person or 770 PLN - 2 persons. Plus electricity and gas according to meters. Internet on your own, the block is wired by UPC. I charge a one-time deposit of 3000 PLN.
Long term rental only, min.year.
There is a possibility of temporary residence.
The apartment is available since 1st. od July.
