The apartment is excellently connected. To reach Słodowiec metro station, it takes 3 minutes on foot (less than 200 meters). A stop for many bus lines is approximately 150 m away, and just slightly further a tram stop.

Opposite the building, there is a Carrefour Express, and a bit further a bakery and many service points.

The apartment is located near numerous green areas, the closest (and prettiest) being Kaskada park.

Rental conditions:

The indicated price applies with a lease agreement signed for 2 years, without inflation increases. For a shorter term, the price will be higher.
