What we like most about it:

• Spaciousness, which consists of a very functional layout of rooms and a high ceiling (3m). From the entrance, you will feel a greater space - in a loft/corner style, yet in a new building.
• Large and very pleasant living room, connected with the dining area and semi-open kitchen (total 31m2).
• Functional bedrooms with potential for any design. Our smaller bedroom initially served as an office (for remote work), and later as a children's room.
• Greenery outside the windows. The building is surrounded by a green garden, with high trees reaching three floors (rarely seen in the center of the estate). This gives you a sense of privacy and freedom.
• Corner, comfortable terrace. We enjoyed sitting on it during warm mornings and evenings.
• Sunshine all day. The corner location (southwest) means that the sun moves from the children's room/office to set in the living room/kitchen. It is pleasantly bright all day.
• Well-equipped, functional kitchen (Whirlpool appliances: 60 cm dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Philips kitchen robot, plenty of cabinets and workspace). We can leave a Thermomix and a DeLonghi coffee machine as a gift :)
• 2 bathrooms (you will appreciate this, especially with children). The smaller bathroom can be transformed into a wardrobe or utility room.
• Spacious built-in wardrobes (lots of storage space).
• Quiet, intimate bedroom located at the back of the apartment ensuring comfortable rest. Additionally, there is access to the terrace.
• Cozy, fenced building which consists of 20 apartments. A quiet area with friendly neighbors makes it a place to relax. Additionally, the closed space allows for activities on the grass and fresh air.
• Great location with rich infrastructure. In our opinion, the best part of Ruczaj (and southern Krakow). Within walking distance: Żabka, Lewiatan, Rossmann, bakery, cafe, local restaurants (3 min.); larger Center Atut, Lidl, Leroy Merlin, etc. (5 min.); nurseries, kindergartens, schools, and playgrounds, green walking areas all close to home.
• Quick communication with the center and outside Krakow: tram and bus stop (5 min.), convenient and safe bike paths (towards the Market Square, Zakrzowek, Tyniec). The center of Krakow is within reach in 20-30 min. Additionally, a convenient exit outside Krakow (near the ring road/highway A4, Balice Airport - about 20 min).
• Business and educational center within walking distance (UJ Campus, Economic Zone, office buildings, Krakow Technology Park). If you are also thinking about investment, this location will always be valuable.

Pleasant extras:

• Air conditioning (you will appreciate this, especially in summer)
• Oak parquet that adds character to the apartment (you will appreciate it if you had panels)
• Large hallway (you will appreciate it with children or when you invite guests)
• Smart Home system, controlling light and multimedia (it's just IKEA but you will appreciate it if you like to listen to music in the bathroom)
• Freshly painted walls (clean, fresh).

Additional information:

• Elevator. If having an elevator is important to you, there isn’t one (supposedly it will be built in the next 3-5 years). On the other hand, if you enjoy an active lifestyle, let's agree that the third floor is not the seventh.
• Garage unfortunately we sold it separately. With one car, the parking spaces dedicated to residents of the building were enough.

The current furniture and equipment can be easily changed and adjusted to your needs. You will definitely find a large potential here. You can also change nothing and move in immediately. The apartment is very spacious, and thanks to the higher ceiling and being surrounded by greenery, it has a unique atmosphere.
