1. Grant from the District Labor Office (PUP): Unemployed individuals can apply for funding to start a business, which can include rental homes. Amounts depend on the average salary and can range from several to about 54,000 PLN (based on 2025 data). Funding covers investment activities and equipment.
2. Funding from LGD (Local Action Groups): For individuals or companies operating in rural areas or smaller municipalities, there is a possibility of grants up to 150,000 PLN, which can cover up to 65% of eligible costs. These grants can be used for construction, renovation, equipment, and promotion of tourist homes. Importantly, you do not have to be unemployed to apply for these funds. They are also available for those actively employed.
3. EU Funds: EU programs offer financial support for tourism development and local entrepreneurship, with the possibility of covering up to 80% of investment costs. These funds can be obtained not only for construction but also for training, consulting, and ongoing operational costs.
