For rent a small studio/apartment for 1 person or a couple in Warsaw at Mrówcza street, a few minutes walk from the Szybka Kolej Miejska SKM station (15-20 min ride to the city center, a few minutes ride to the metro station Stadion Narodowy), just a few steps from public transport stops. Within a few hundred meters, there is full infrastructure - shops, shopping center, schools, kindergartens, offices, pubs, restaurants, playgrounds, post office, pharmacies, etc. The proposed prices are about 10-15% lower than market prices.

Our proposal is aimed at people thinking similarly to their peers from Western Europe - affordable renting for many years, which gives freedom and independence. Therefore, we welcome aware people who care about the common good, understanding that our offer is not just a regular rental proposal. We offer apartments of high standard for unique individuals in an excellent location. We prefer young couples, students, organized, smiling people because they are the ones who live in our neighboring locations (everyone immediately befriended).

Rent price: 2500 PLN

The rent price must include utility fees (electricity, cold water, hot water, garbage, etc.). There is a possibility of using fiber optic (ultra-fast Internet). The apartment has its own meters, costs are settled according to the supplier's rates, so you pay only for the consumed utilities. The installations are very modern and energy-efficient, so these costs are much lower than in normal blocks.

The average utility costs for the last 12 months are about 290 PLN. However, everything depends on the number of people in the apartment and the season, so sometimes these costs are even significantly lower.

All our apartments are of high standard and fully furnished and equipped (Android TV 4K, terrestrial signal, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, vacuum cleaner, kettle, dryer, basic dishes and pots). You only need to bring towels and bedding covers (duvets and pillows are included!). Small and quiet pets are welcome.

Entering the building is done using a personal code (electronic locks). The building is monitored (cameras).

Right in front of the building, there are several parking spaces with camera monitoring. Next to and behind the building, there is a small green area for everyone (in summer you can use a grill, set up drying racks for clothes in summer, tables, chairs, etc.).

We are mainly interested in hassle-free, long-term rent, guaranteeing THE LOWEST costs in the capital in relation to the surrounding area, standard and comfort of living.

You can choose one of the apartments (plans in pictures, illustrative photos from other apartments we have). We are currently equipping them, so the new residents will be THE FIRST in this apartment. The apartments are new.
