I rent an apartment of 63 square meters in Wolski Ulrychow. It consists of two non-passing rooms, one of which is on the upper floor (it is not a mezzanine). The third room constitutes a common space combined with a kitchenette and entrance to the bathroom. The apartment has a balcony.

The location is exactly 7 minutes on foot from the exit of the apartment to the entrance of the train at the Ulrychow metro station. 3 stops by metro to Rondo Daszynskiego station. The nearest bus stop at Gorczewska is 5 minutes on foot. 10 minutes on foot to Wola Park, 5 minutes to Biedronka. Around there are kindergartens and schools (from primary to high school), MOSiR swimming pool, sports fields, many various restaurants, and greenery. In the immediate vicinity, there are 3 parks (Moczydło, Szymański, Sowiński). The nearest universities are WIT and the University of Rehabilitation (20 minutes on foot).

Under the block, there is free outdoor parking for residents of the block.

The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator.

Equipment: television, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction plate, microwave, sofa, dining table, chairs, chest of drawers, bookshelf, bed in the bedroom on the upper floor, built-in wardrobes.

Pets are welcome.

The rental cost is 5,600.00 PLN + utilities, which are rent, electricity, internet (according to consumption reported monthly, so far for two people it was a maximum of 1000 PLN). It amounts to 6,600.00 PLN as the total cost for the tenant.

Deposit of 6,000.00 PLN. In case of having pets, the deposit doubles (thus 12,000.00 PLN).

Rental is strictly occasional (notary cost covered by the property owner)
