The buildings are planned to have triple-glazed PVC windows, large sliding terrace windows, and an insulated sectional garage door with electric drive. Additionally, the house will be equipped with TV, intercom, and electrical installations with equipment, as well as alarm and computer systems. Heating will be provided by a modern air heat pump and underfloor heating. There is a possibility of installing photovoltaic panels, air conditioning in the living room, and electrically controlled, built-in roller blinds in anthracite color (all options for an additional fee). The external terrace will be finished with 30 x 30 cm paving slabs in gray-black color, and the driveway with concrete blocks in gray-black color. The internal estate road will be hardened with lattice plates and illuminated with street lamps. The property area is planned to have a driveway paved with blocks, which will provide an additional parking space for a car. The plot will be covered with black soil, seeded with grass, and the property area will be fenced. The excellent location of the estate generally consists of: being situated on a hill, proximity to the forest, a beautiful panorama of the city, 2 new access roads stretching in different directions, which ensures great communication with the center of Grudziadz and the diameter route allowing access to the A1 highway. Near the estate, there is a grocery store, school, gas station, and public transport stops.
