* if the construction of the network is technically or economically unjustified, the discharge of sewage to home treatment plants is allowed;
- environmental protection - the area is acoustically protected like areas of single-family residential development.
Utilities:
- electricity - on the asphalt road;
- water - water supply dn 160 mm on the asphalt road;
- sewage - pressure sewage dn 90 mm on the plot on the other side of the asphalt road;
- fiber optic - on the asphalt road.
