Regarding the method and timing of temporary development, arrangement, and use of the land, it is established that until the land is developed in accordance with this plan, its use should remain as before; 6. Possibility of implementing on the building plot a maximum of 1 utility or garage building with a building area of up to 60m2, other parameters and indicators for shaping development as for buildings with basic purpose; 7. For utility and garage buildings, the possibility of locating at the boundary of the building plot; 9. In terms of protecting and shaping spatial order, it is established: b) prohibition of fencing properties adjacent to drainage ditches at a distance of less than 2 m from the shoreline; c) prohibition of constructing full fences and fences with prefabricated concrete elements; d) fence height up to 1.6m measured from the level of the sidewalk or ground level to the highest point of the fence; e) the height of the fence foundation from the side of public roads and access roads functioning as pedestrian-vehicle paths up to 40 cm, measured from the level of the sidewalk or ground; f) the use of hedges as fences is allowed.
