Description of the property: land property built, located in the village of Sowno, Ploty commune. The area of the plot with registration number 381/9 is 3.2096ha. The property is built with farm buildings. The District Court in Gryfice V Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains KW no. SZ1G/000XXXXX/0. The estimated value is 195,000.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value and amounts to 146,250.00 PLN. According to Article 976 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the following cannot participate in the auction: the debtor, the bailiff, their spouses, children, parents, and siblings, as well as persons present at the auction in an official capacity, bidders who have not fulfilled the conditions of the previous auction, persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a state authority, and who have not presented this permission.
