The trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Jan Glejzer announces the 3rd competition regarding the sale of a 1/2 share in the co-ownership of the property consisting of plot no. 289, precinct 0012, built with a single-family residential building in a detached development, located at Feliksow 63 in Skierniewice, Lodz Voivodeship. For this property, a land and mortgage register no. LD1H/00009718/8 is maintained by the 7th Land and Mortgage Register Department of the District Court in Skierniewice. The deposit will be forfeited to the bankruptcy estate in the event of withdrawal or refusal by the participant who won the competition to conclude the sale agreement in the form of a notarial deed at the place and time designated by the trustee; - the entire sale price of the property, reduced by the paid deposit, must be paid by the winner of the bidding and credited to the bankruptcy estate's bank account no later than the day before the date of concluding the agreement with the notary; - the minimum price of the established right is set at 304,200.00 PLN (60% of the estimated total); - the criterion for selecting the buyer will be the highest offered price.
