The trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Stanislaw Spes announces the 3rd competition regarding the sale of a 1/2 share in the co-ownership of the residential premises marked no. 14 with a usable area of 38.80 m2 located on the 4th floor of a multi-family building (consisting of two rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet, and a hallway), located in the building at ul. Rynek 16 in Chojnow, Lower Silesian Voivodeship - land and mortgage register no. LE1Z/00035323/1 maintained by the 5th Land and Mortgage Register Department of the District Court in Zlotoryja. The appointed right will be sold freely by way of a competition according to the following conditions: 1. those participating in the bidding should: submit a written purchase offer in a sealed envelope marked: "apartment auction Chojnów" - to the address of the trustee's office: Maciej Mikucki, Kancelaria Mikuccy, ul. Narutowicza 45 lok. 6, 90-130 Lodz by 20.08.2025 at 13:00 (the physical submission of the offer to the trustee's office is decisive); in the offer, the exact personal and address details and phone number of the buyer should be indicated; pay a deposit of 30,000.00 PLN to the bankruptcy estate account at mBank S.A. no. 91 1140 1108 0000 5041 4300 1091 - the deposit should be paid by the offeror and credited to the above-mentioned bank account no later than the end of the day on 19.08.2025; the trustee will inform the bidders in writing about the results of the competition - within 14 days; the deadline for concluding the sales agreement in the form of a notarial deed with the winner of the bidding: within approximately 90 days from the date of selection of the winner of the competition (the costs of the agreement are borne by the buyer); the deposit paid by the participant who wins the competition will be credited towards the sale price. The deposit paid by the others will be refunded immediately after the end of the competition. The deposit will be forfeited to the bankruptcy estate in case of withdrawal or refusal by the participant who won the competition to conclude the sales agreement in the form of a notarial deed at the place and time designated by the trustee; the entire sale price of the property, reduced by the paid deposit, should be paid by the winner of the bidding and credited to the bankruptcy estate's bank account no later than the day before the date of the agreement with the notary; the minimum price of the appointed right is set at 41,400.00 PLN (60% of the estimated total); the criterion for selecting the buyer will be the highest offered price.
