The apartment has been functioning since 2012; it was created from a single-family home (simple structure villa from 1935: high basement, two floors plus loft). There are currently 3 separate apartments (I live in one with my family). Facade - brick (planned insulation possibly in 2025). One vertical gutter is broken (repair planned together with facade insulation), when it rains - water hits the metal roof below, making noise (this may bother some - I invite those to visit after the renovation). In my view, one can get used to it;
