Excellent location in the strict center of Warsaw (district of Srodmiescie) right by Constitution Square, near many restaurants, shops, theater. Great transport connections: metro, trams, buses. There is space for bicycle storage in the yard. The tenement has 24-hour security

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (without an elevator) and consists of a living room connected to a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a utility room, and an entrance hall with a ceiling-height wardrobe.

The apartment has been renovated with pre-war stucco, very high.

Furnished to a basic extent, equipped with a television, household appliances (fridge, heating plate, washing machine, dishwasher).

Underfloor heating in the bathroom + electric heaters in the rooms.
